Welcome to LIFT (Learning & Innovation for Future-Ready Training). By accessing and using this website, enrolling in our programs, or availing of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About LIFT
LIFT provides education and technology training programs, including but not limited to:
Education Track Programs
- PRC-Accredited Professional Development Programs
- Summer & INSET Programs
- Technology Track Certifications
- Corporate & Institutional Training
- All programs may be delivered online, hybrid, or onsite depending on the offering.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in a LIFT program, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
- You agree to comply with all program requirements and policies.
LIFT reserves the right to deny enrollment if requirements are not met.
3. Enrollment & Payment Terms
3.1 Enrollment Process
- Enrollment is confirmed only after:
- Submission of completed registration form
- Verification by LIFT
- Full or partial payment (as applicable)
3.2 Fees
- All program fees:
- Are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise indicated
- May vary depending on program type
- Are subject to change without prior notice
3.3 Payment Confirmation
- Access to learning materials, portals, or certifications will only be granted upon verified payment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Written request submitted at least [X] days before program start date
- Program cancellation initiated by LIFT
Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued once:
- The participant has accessed course materials
- The training session has commenced
- Certificates have been issued
LIFT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances.-
5. Certificates & Accreditation
For PRC-accredited programs:
- Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet attendance and completion requirements.
- CPD units are subject to approval and compliance with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) guidelines.
LIFT does not guarantee employment, promotion, or salary increase upon program completion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the LIFT website and learning platforms — including:
- Course materials
- Training modules
- Videos
- Logos
- Branding
- Text, graphics, and downloadable resources
are the exclusive property of LIFT unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Reproduce
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Record sessions without consent
- Share login credentials
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Maintain professional behavior during sessions
- Respect facilitators and fellow participants
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
LIFT reserves the right to remove participants who violate this policy without refund.
8. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers or systems
- Upload malicious software
- Use the website for unlawful activities
LIFT reserves the right to suspend or block access if misuse is detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
